Granola
Control ingredients by making your own granola. In a sheet pan, make a pile with a variety of nuts, pepitas, a small amount of dried fruit, olive oil, coconut oil, maple syrup and/or honey, oats, chia seeds, flax seeds, hemp seeds, and/or a small amount of crushed dark chocolate. Spread around the sheet pan and bake at a low level oven temperature ~250 degrees for an hour, or until the granola is toasted. Stir from time to time. Store in an airtight glass jar.
